Yes, all our products include VAT, as does the shipping price. Once the shipping address is entered, and if it is located outside the European Union, the prices shown will exclude VAT.
We offer several payment methods:
– VISA, Mastercard, and American Express debit or credit cards
– Bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, a confirmation message with our bank details will be sent once the order is placed. Orders placed using this payment method will be shipped once the transfer has been verified
– Via Bizum, directly from your mobile phone
If you make a mistake when entering your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clandestineguitars.es, using the contact form on the website, or by replying to your order confirmation message.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address to send it to the correct address. If the order has already been shipped, we will inform the shipping agency so that, if possible, they can deliver it to the correct address.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or add items to your order. To do so, you can contact us at info@clandestineguitars.es, use the contact form on the website, or reply to your order confirmation message.
The shipping cost will appear in the shopping cart once you enter the delivery country and city. This cost will depend on the delivery address and the weight and volume of the items in the cart. If you modify the shopping cart contents by adding or removing an item, the shipping cost will be updated automatically.
We ship all orders by courier, with online tracking available. When your order ships, you’ll receive a message from the carrier with the shipping information and tracking number. We’ll also add this tracking number and the name of the shipping company to the notes section of your order so you can easily locate it.
If you are not at home on the delivery day, you can contact the shipping agency to arrange a new delivery or go to their offices to pick it up in person. We recommend monitoring the status of the shipment daily to avoid potential delivery issues.
If the shipping agency is unable to contact the recipient within a reasonable time, the package will be returned to our offices. This time may range from 7 to 15 business days.
